Place one slice of Borden Melts on one slice of bread. Top with two slices of bacon and 4 to 5 apple slices. Next, place another slice of Borden Melts on top of those ingredients and top with another piece of bread. Repeat to make three more sandwiches.
Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and place one tablespoon of butter in the skillet. Once the butter has melted, cook the sandwiches for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden on both sides and until the cheese is melty.
