Heat a saucepan to medium heat, and add in the milk, canned pumpkin, brown sugar, and vanilla. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and coffee.
Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
