Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Add in the Brussels sprouts and grapes. Cook for about 4-6 minutes or until the sprouts are bright green.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the heat. Sprinkle a few walnuts on top before serving and enjoy!
