Servings 12
Author Beautiful Eats & Things

  • 1 & ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 8 medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 4 scoops Rritual Superfoods Chaga Immune* Elixir

  1. Add the cocoa and oats to a food processor and process for about 20- 30 seconds until finely chopped.
  2. Next add in the dates, coconut oil, and 4 scoops of the Chaga Immune* Elixir. Process for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is well blended. The mixture should be sticky enough to form into balls. You can test this by squeezing it between your fingers. The mixture should stay together, but not stick to your hands, or fall apart. If the mixture is not staying together that well, add a little more coconut oil and process it again. If the mixture is too sticky, you can add in a few more oats and re-blend.
  3. Once the mixture is ready, form into 1 & ½ inch balls and place each ball onto a plate, or a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Then, on a separate plate, add the shredded coconut. Press each ball, one at a time, into the coconut with a little pressure until it sticks to all sides.
  4. Serve immediately or transfer them to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
