Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich

  • 2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon reduced fat margarine
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar


  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and top with banana slices. Place other piece of bread on top and set aside.
  2. Heat a small skillet to medium heat and add margarine. Place sandwich in skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Enjoy!
