Baked Buffalo Chicken Stuffed French Bread

  • 1 large loaf Sprouts French Bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 2 & ½ cups shredded chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onion chopped
  • Salt/pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice about 2 inches deep through the top of the French bread, and continue to cut a large rectangle, being careful not to cut through the bottom of the bread. Remove top of bread and hollow out middle to create more space. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, ½ cup of sharp cheddar cheese, chicken, garlic powder, and salt/pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken dip into prepared French bread and top with remaining cheddar and green onions. Bake on a baking tray at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden, and slightly crispy.
  5. Let bread sit for approximately 10 minutes and then slice. Best served warm.
