Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

These Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are gooey, chewy and the perfect treat for Easter!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package 10.5 oz Publix Private Label Mini Marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg’s Original Rice Krispies Cereal
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 & ½ cups milk chocolate chips melted
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Add the butter and marshmallows to a large heat-proof bowl, and microwave for 1-minute intervals, stirring in between each until they are both melted. Stir in the Rice Krispies Cereal.
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and press it into each mini muffin tin. Make sure to press a small hole in the middle for the filling.
  4. Fill the middle of each treat with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and place about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter. Add a few sprinkles and place in the refrigerator to harden.
  5. Enjoy!
