Sheet-Pan Eggs with Bacon, Asparagus & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
5largeEGGS
1lb.asparagusends trimmed
2sweet potatoespeeled & chopped
5-6slicesbaconcut in half to make 10-12 smaller slices
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Spread the sweet potatoes and bacon onto the baking sheet, and season with garlic powder, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the asparagus. Toss to combine with the other ingredients, and make 5 small wells for the eggs. Crack one egg into each well and gently place the sheet-pan back into the oven.
Bake for another 12-13 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked as desired and the asparagus is tender. Serve immediately & Enjoy!
