Kale Mango Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cups Nature’s Greens® Organic Kale Greens
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • ½ inch raw ginger root
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut water or more for a thinner consistency
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. For a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water until desired consistency is reached.
