Author Beautiful Eats & Things

  • 8 bone-in center cut pork chops about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  2. Place the pork chops in the bowl and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the marinated pork chops on the grill, and allow them to cook for about 3 minutes per side, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the thickest part of the pork chop reaches between 145 degrees (medium-rare) and 160 degrees (well done).
  4. Let pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
