Vegan Banana Nut Bread Overnight Oat

  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped
  • Optional: additional sliced bananas & walnuts for toppings


  1. In a jar (or container with a lid), combine all ingredients and mix well. Seal with lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least a few hours to soften oats.
  2. Serve cold or hot, and top with additional sliced bananas, walnuts, and maple syrup, if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
