Creamy Herb Tuna Pasta Salad

  • 12 oz tri-color rotini pasta uncooked
  • 8 oz light tuna in water drained
  • 1 and ½ cups grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • ½ cup Hellmann’s Light Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 Ttbsp fresh parsley minced
  • Half of a small onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt/pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine Hellmann’s Light Mayo, apple cider vinegar, onion, rosemary, parsley, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. Cook the rotini pasta per package directions, usually 6-7 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse it in cold water. Combine the drained pasta, tuna, tomatoes, and the creamy herb mixture. Mix together until well incorporated, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes before serving.
