Savory Avocado Bruschetta Toast

  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Thin Sliced bread toasted
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 3 Tbsp crumbled feta
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette for topping


  1. Toss the avocado, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, and olive oil together in a medium mixing bowl. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
  2. Top each toast with an equal amount of the avocado bruschetta, and drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. Enjoy!
