Crispy Baked Parmesan Asparagus Fries

ends trimmed

egg whites

all-purpose flour

cup
grated parmesan

Italian seasoning

Optional: sea salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, add egg whites and toss in asparagus. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Add asparagus to flour mixture and toss to coat.

Arrange asparagus onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until asparagus is brown and crispy.

Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired, and Enjoy!
