Bourbon BBQ Grilled Wings with Peppers


  • 2 ½ lbs Sprouts Butcher Shop Farm Fresh Party Wings
  • 1 cup Sprouts Organic Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • 10-12 mini bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Sprouts Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Sprouts Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt/pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk Sprouts Organic Bourbon BBQ Sauce, garlic powder, Sprouts Paprika, Sprouts Cayenne Pepper, and salt/pepper to taste. Add wings and mini bell peppers; toss to coat. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

  3. Spray a 24-inch-long piece of heavy-duty foil with cooking spray, and place wings and peppers in the center. Bring edges of foil inward, but do not seal. Place on grill and close lid. Cook for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, and no longer pink inside.

  4. When done, carefully toss wings and peppers, and serve!
