Thai Peanut Butter Grilled Burgers

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce reduced sodium
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ cup green onions chopped
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns


  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large bowl, add ground beef, green onions, and the peanut butter mixture. Combine until all ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Form into 8 patties, and grill the burgers for about 2-5 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and desired doneness is reached.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
