Pear Pomegranate & Pecan Salad with Fig Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 4 cups spring salad mix
  • 3 pears sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves

Fig Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 5 tbsp La Tourangelle Basil Oil
  • 3 tbsp St. Dalfour Royal Fig, Fruit Spread
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt/pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix together spring salad mix, pomegranate arils, and pecans.

  2. Arrange salad on a large platter and add sliced pears on top.
  3. To make the dressing: whisk together La Tourangelle Basil Oil, red wine vinegar, St. Dalfour, Royal Fig, Fruit Spread, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
