Honey Roasted Butternut Squash with Cranberries & Pecans

Ingredients
1butternut squashcut into cubes
2cupsof fresh cranberries
¾cuppecanshalves
1tbspoil
3tbsphoney
1tspground ginger
1tspthyme
2tspbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Except for the brown sugar, add all ingredients to a casserole dish and toss until all ingredients are combined. Sprinkle 2 tsp of brown sugar on top and place dish in the oven.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until butternut squash is soft.
Serve warm and Enjoy!
