Herb Cream Cheese and Tomato Crostini

  • 24 pre-toasted baguette slices
  • 1 8 oz block of reduced fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil minced
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • Additional basil for garnish


  1. Arrange baguette slices on a large platter and set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and oregano. Stir until mixture is smooth and all ingredients are combined. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
  3. Spread about 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture onto each baguette slice. Top each one with a couple of sliced grape tomatoes and fresh basil.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
