Vegan Creamy Pear and Kale Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup fresh kale stems removed
  • 1 pear core removed and sliced
  • 1 oz raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 2 tsp agave nectar (or honey)
  • 1 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This may take a few cycles to ensure that the almonds are thoroughly blended.
  2. You may add additional water if you would like a thinner texture.
  3. Pour in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
