Garlic Lemon Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce in Foil

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. side of salmon
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Easy Dill Sauce
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon in the middle of the foil. Rub salmon with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare Easy Dill Sauce. Pour 1 cup of sauce over salmon until it is evenly covered.
  4. Take lemon slices and squeeze lemon juice on salmon. Arrange lemon slices around salmon, and place a few on top. 

  5. Wrap tightly with the foil.
  6. Bake salmon for approximately 18-23 minutes. Open up foil and let broil, on high, for an additional 3-5 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
