Crispy Baked Parmesan Asparagus Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed
  • 4 egg whites whisked
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, add egg whites and toss in asparagus. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Add asparagus to flour mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange asparagus onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until asparagus is brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt, if desired, and Enjoy!
