Tropical Pineapple Coconut Cooler

  • 2 tbsp Torani Coconut Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2.5 oz white rum
  • ½ cup ice
  • Optional: toasted coconut and pineapple wedges for garnish


  1. Except for the rum, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add rum to blender and blend.
  3. Take a pineapple wedge and swirl around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim of each glass in the toasted coconut.
  4. Pour drink into glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
  5. Enjoy!
