There are so many yummy salad combinations, but my favorite has to be this Blackberry Balsamic Avocado Chicken Salad! This recipe contains both sweet and savory flavors that compliment each other perfectly. There are so many tasty ingredients in this salad, but the true star of the show is definitely the Oregon Blackberries!
Oregon Blackberries have been a staple item in several of my recipes. They are perfectly sweet and tart, and add an incredible amount of flavor to any dish, and so much nutritional goodness too!
Did you know that high-quality blackberries are produced in Oregon because of its ideal growing environment? They are always picked at the peak of ripeness and frozen within 24 hours of being picked, which helps to lock in that delicious taste, juiciness and nutrition. These frozen berries are available and ready-to-use all year round; making them an ideal fruit option!
Blackberries contain a great amount if Vitamin C, which is crucial for building and maintaining strong bones. Vitamin C also helps to support your immune system, which helps to fight off those pesky infections and viruses. For more information about Oregon Berries, visit https://oregon-berries.com/
