Quick & Easy Soup Pairings Ideas
Simple Lemon Arugula Salad
You can never go wrong with an arugula salad. This Simple Lemon Arugula Salad is super easy to make and pairs perfectly with Well Yes!® Hearty Lentil with Vegetables Soup.
To make this salad, simply combine 2-3 cups of baby arugula, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and seasoned black pepper. Garnish with a couple of lemon wedges and you’ve got yourself a delicious side dish!
Marinated Vegetable Medley
Another favorite soup pairing is this Marinated Vegetable Salad. It requires zero cooking and pairs well with the Well Yes!® Roasted Chicken with Rice Soup.
To make this dish, combine ½ cup broccolini, ½ cup of chopped zucchini, 1/3 cup of sliced radishes, 3 tablespoons of Italian Dressing and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
Mozzarella & Basil Cheese Toast
My favorite way to enjoy the Well Yes!® Tomato & Sweet Basil Soup is with a serving of this delicious Mozzarella & Basil Toast! You can even dip the toast in the soup for an incredible taste experience!
To make this toast, simply sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese on a couple of slices of bread and toast for about 5 minutes. When done, sprinkle with fresh basil and enjoy!
