Our favorite brand of kale greens is Nature’s Greens. We love this brand because their greens are triple washed and ready to cook, which comes in handy during those busy weekends!

EASY MEAL PLANNING TIPS
To help your week go a little bit smoother, here are a few of my meal planning tips:
- Use What You Have on Hand.
Check your fridge, freezer, and pantry to see what you have on hand and try to create recipes with those ingredients. This will help to eliminate food waste and help to save you a little bit of money.
- Keep it Simple.
When deciding on what to prepare, try to keep your recipes simple and easy. Meal planning is not the time to try out your latest, complicated meal idea. Save that recipe for another day lol! Keeping things simple will help to prevent unnecessary stress and headaches!
- Incorporate Food Themes.
Deciding what to prepare can be a daunting task, but assigning a food theme to each night of the week can help to spark your menu planning. In our home, we are huge fans of Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, and Pizza Party Fridays.
If you decide to try out Meatless Monday, be sure to prepare this Sautéed Kale with Chickpeas, Okra, & Tomatoes recipe and let me know that you think!
