Banana Nut Bread is one of those foods that makes you feel so warm and cozy inside. For me, it brings back memories of cooking with my grandmama and sneaking a piece of her freshly baked banana nut bread before it cooled down!
To satisfy my fresh, homemade banana nut bread craving, I decided to make these Vegan Banana Nut Bread Overnight Oats! And if you love overnight oats as much as I do, be sure to check out my Chocolate Covered Strawberries Overnight Oats Recipe!
HOW TO MAKE BANANA NUT BREAD OVERNIGHT OATS
When making these overnight oats, I like to use rolled oats and ripe bananas. The ripe bananas give these oats the perfect amount of sweetness!
And the maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and walnuts give it the perfect touch; making them taste just like freshly baked banana nut bread! I typically like to eat my overnight oats cold, but if you warm it through, it smells absolutely heavenly. Yum!
To make these oats even more amazing, try adding a few sliced bananas, walnuts, and a drizzle of maple syrup on top! These Vegan Banana Nut Bread Overnight Oats are the perfect solution to those busy mornings, or you can choose to have them as a quick, full-filling snack on-the-go!
