I will admit it…I’m definitely a “snacker!” I think that it all started when I was in preschool 😊. I absolutely loved snack time! Whenever I look for a new snack to try, it must meet 2 requirements…it must be delicious, and it must contain protein. They’re also gluten-free! The new Jack Link’s Bars totally fits that description! I purchased the Jack Link’s Original Bars and Jack Link’s Teriyaki Bars at my local Walmart and I’m so glad that I did!

Fruit is always a great choice for snacking on-the-go. Although most fruit may not contain the same amount of protein as Jack Link’s Bars, it still contains some essential nutrients. One of my favorite fruits are apples! I love apples because they are sweet, and they are a great source of fiber. They are also convenient to grab as you’re heading out for a busy day.
I like to keep yogurt on hand because it’s very versatile. You can buy the little individual cups of yogurt to eat on-the-go, and you can also add different toppings to it. Yogurt is also a great source of protein and it’s a great option if you’re wanting something light and sweet!
Nuts are great to keep on hand because you can choose to eat them au natural or add them to another dish for a little extra crunch. Nuts are a great source of protein and they are great for on-the-go. I like to buy my nuts in bulk and separate them into small plastic bags for added convenience.
Out of all the snacks listed above, I would have to say that the Jack Link’s Bars are my favorite! They are extremely satisfying, especially when I’m craving something that’s savory and tasty! I also love that they come in these convenient packs that allow me to grab and go!
